The preferred pet form is not an adoption application. This form acts as a waitlist of people who are looking to adopt but are also looking for a specific pet. This helps in our match-making adoption process, to ensure the ideal pets get into ideal homes. No worries if you find your pet somewhere else! We can remove you from the list accordingly.

The adoption application does require personal information. All personal information is kept private, however may be shared if requested by a law enforcement agency. All information on the application is verified.

Our foster to adopt program allows you to temporarily foster the pet for 2 weeks prior to adopting. This gives you and the pet time to make sure you are the perfect fit! You can indicate on your adoption application if you would like to participate in this program.
